Knitting Class with yes yarn's Margaret Nieman

Knitted Ladder Scarf - Saturday, October 2, 9 - 11am

yes yarn's Margaret Nieman will teach this class to make a gorgeous scarf for yourself or someone you love.  Cost of the class includes the pattern and the yarn.  Please bring size 8 and/or size 10 straight or circular knitting needles to class.  Students should know how to cast on, knit, purl and bind off. (A sample of the scarf is on display at The Mercantile.)

Cost will be $40.00

Nested Bead Ring Class

Yesterday Kathy Smiley of Wolfe Den Beads taught a class on making wire wrapped rings.  These rings featured some of Kathy's lamp work glass beads. 

It was a full house!

All 6 ladies had a great time and were able to finish 2 rings in the 2 hour class!

Just to show off their wonderful creations... (minus one that was not quite finished yet)
