DragonBen

Our very own DragonBen has had his artwork chosen to represent his school in an exhibit at the Anderson Arts Center during National Youth Art Month!
The letter he received says that he is an example of artistic excellence in Anderson County, and it is an honor to be chosen to represent his school.
Youth Art Month is a national program to celebrate the arts and creativity among school-age children.
The opening reception will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2009 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM with an awards presentation at 2:00 PM. The festivities will be held at the Anderson Arts Center Warehouse at 110 Federal Street in downtown Anderson (SC).
DragonBen was encouraged to invite family and friends to visit the exhibit which runs from March 1 - March 26, 2009. The galleries are open Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
A huge round of applause for DragonBen!
We are all so proud of his creativity.
(I will have to post his painting tonight from home... I cannot get the computer to download my photos from the camera!)
